Suddenlink’s customer support isn’t the worst, but if you want to be treated thoughtfully by your internet service provider, Earthlink is the way to go. Instead, Earthlink’s shtick is offering phenomenal customer service. But at least it has no data caps and includes internet equipment in its service cost, so it’s an okay fallback if you’re afraid of running into Suddenlink’s data limits.Įarthlink plans tend to be on the pricier side, and its internet speeds usually aren’t the fastest.
